We at Creative House Studio employ a distinctive, high-quality approach to property photography. We deliberately move away from techniques that utilize harsh flash lighting or poor compositional angles. Instead, we prioritize the strategic use of natural light and existing light fixtures to create authentic, appealing, and inviting images.
Comprehensive Coverage: We deliver a complete set of internal and external photographs that effectively highlight the space, scale, and living potential of the property. We also edit all of our work, we don’t employ AI and we avoid those fake, nasty window pulls.
Dimensional Accuracy: When shooting wide, we shoot at around 14mm to accurately convey a sense of scale. We then complement these with detailed shots of interesting fixtures and features to add visual depth.
