At Creative House Studio, we don’t just point and shoot. We understand what estate agents need from their property photography and perhaps more importantly, we understand what potential buyers want to see when looking at a listing. We carefully consider each and every photograph, showing off each and every space and how they all flow into each other. We use wide angle lenses, but limit ourselves to 14mm. This way, rooms don’t appear bigger than they are meaning no disappointing viewings. We don’t limit the amount of photographs we deliver, we simply send across what we shoot so that you can choose which images to lead with. We also take a handful of what we call lifestyle shots. Tighter frames which show off the intricate details of the property and its unique fixtures and selling points. And finally, we replace the skies on days where it’s grey and cloudy.
